Current CDC requirements:

The federal government through the Transportation Security Administration currently has a mandate in place  that requires everyone riding airplanes, trains, buses, subways, etc. to wear a mask.  (Children under 2 are excluded.) We are not exempt from this, and although it was originally set to expire on May 11th was extended to Sept. 13.  It has been extended once again until Jan. 8.

So until it is rescinded, regardless of State and local CDC mandates, our policy has to require riders to wear a mask unless eating or drinking.
